Eli's Cheesecake

Eli’s Cheesecake was established in 1980 when Eli M. Schulman created a signature dessert for his Chicago restaurant, Eli’s the Place for Steak. Eli’s Cheesecake was so rich and creamy that his customers proclaimed it “Chicago’s finest.” It’s grown from a local treasure to one of the country’s largest specialty cheesecake bakeries. You can buy one slice, or take home an entire cheesecake.

Eli's makes more than 30 types of cheesecake (using 3 million pounds of cream cheese annually). Flavors include cappuccino, hazelnut, chocolate chip, pumpkin and peppermint twist.
